We are located in the southeast corner of the great state of Georgia in Kingsland. Our Post is named after a native Camden County resident, Technical Sergeant James Jarrett Brown. Sergeant Brown served his country during World War II as a tail gunner with the 358 Bombardment Squadron, US Army Air Corp. Unfortunately, he paid the ultimate sacrifice when his plane was shot down over Germany in 1943. Sergeant Brown's remains are laid to rest in Oak Grove Cemetery, St Marys,GA. The Post was chartered on December 17, 1964 and called several locations its home until 1990. At that time it was moved to its current location at 150 North Camden Woods Parkway, Kingsland,GA. November of 1979 the Post sponsored and chartered its Ladies Auxiliary.
